In Person Group Classes
Join our exciting group fitness classes at the Cranberry Community Hall, where bootcamp-style workouts will supercharge your strength and conditioning. Our sessions are packed with energy and fun, creating a vibrant community atmosphere that will keep you motivated and inspired. All levels are welcome. Booking ahead is required as space is limited. If you've never done a session with us before, please come a little early to fill out a waiver. 24 hour notice is required for cancellations.

1:1 Personal Training
1:1 coaching is all about you! ​We provide a free 30 minute consultation to assess your fitness needs and goals. Then, we create a customized program, working with you to ensure the right fit. Enjoy your workouts in a private setting (or wherever you like if you choose to go virtual), where you can focus on achieving your personal best. Sessions are an hour long, and include a warm up and cool down. Advanced booking and payment required. Cancellations require 24 hour notice. Packages expire after one year from purchase date.

Small Group Training
Ready to reach new heights in your fitness journey? Assemble your pack for our intimate group sessions which offer the perfect balance of support and challenge. You'll build strength, confidence, and camaraderie. Choose from one to three weekly sessions with two to four friends. Let's embark on this adventure together! Advanced booking and payment required. Cancellations require 24 hour notice. Packages expire after one year from purchase date.

Personalized
Gym/Home Programs
Craving a fitness routine that's as unique as you are? Our personalized program is your answer. Whether you're a home workout warrior or a gym rat, we'll craft a custom workout plan tailored to your goals. It's the perfect complement to our Small Group PT sessions or a standalone solution for those seeking ultimate control over their fitness journey. A 30 minute consultation is included, as well as a 30 minute session to go over the workout program. Weekly check-ins provided.

Fit in 5
The Fit in 5 program is a completely virtual fitness solution designed for simplicity and effectiveness, making it easy to incorporate exercise into your daily routine. Each workout consists of just five exercises! The program runs in four-week cycles, featuring four workouts per cycle, with a fresh set uploaded every month. Each cycle builds on the last, allowing you to practice familiar movements and enhance your strength through consistent exercises. Every Fit in 5 workout program comes with both a video you can follow along with and written format you can take anywhere.
Cost: $30 per cycle
There are no contracts or commitments; you can buy each cycle on a monthly basis. New cycles are available on the last Thursday of each month.
