FIT IN 5
ONLINE PROGRAM

Fit in 5 is a virtual fitness program that is simple, effective, and accessible to all fitness levels. With four-week cycles focused on strength and conditioning, you can easily fit these online classes into your busy schedule.

GROUP CLASSES

Our group classes are bootcamp-style, and hosted in-person at the Cranberry Hall.

Come for the fun and challenging workouts designed by Melissa that you know and love (to hate, haha!).

1:1 COACHING

Experience personal training, offered both in-person and virtually, designed to meet your specific goals.

Regardless of the format, you'll receive extensive support throughout your fitness journey.

SMALL GROUP
PERSONAL TRAINING

With Small Group Personal Training, you and a group two to four people can work out together, either in person or virtually. Enjoy a fun and engaging environment that not only supports your fitness goals but also fosters relationships.
